| Jimmy Famous Bio I am currently playing bass with a few bands in the Minneapolis area. "Wolves at the Door" is a "Rock" band featuring original music with some great cover tunes. “Bruce Nygren and the Mumble Bugs” is an all original blues band. "Elbow Room" is a jazz band playing real book standards. My spare time is spent in my home studio studying music, writing and recording my own music. I am currently using Digital Performer on a Mac. I also have experience using Cakewalk Sonar Producer on a PC. (see the Music page for mp3's). In 2003 one of my original songs "Time After Time" was picked for the independent film "Mindforest" (see mindforestmovie.com). I also had a supporting role in the film. The song was performed by Zone 4 (see zone4rocks.com). I played over 50 gigs as rhythm guitarist with Zone 4 from December 2001 until August 2003. My teen years were spent playing drums in and around Chicago, IL and Milwaukee, WI. |
